Jesus Embraced Authenticity
Leadership is a double-edged sword. When you lead, you must cut through the lesser important ideas with hopes of guiding those in your charge towards what is most important. Simultaneously, you as the leader must cut through your own ego and selfish motives to accomplish a greater goal without compromising your own values in the process. Today, we will look at a couple of leaders and the different perspectives they employ as they face their own internal challenges. Jesus presents to us the challenge of leading from authenticity even when we all are tempted to put on a mask and hide.
